What you get
Every homeowner in your area who asks to be matched in your trade goes to you — exclusively, by email, not blasted to five competitors. Plus the Fair Price Certified badge for your site, trucks and estimates.
One per trade, per area — enforced, not promised
Your area is the 3-digit ZIP prefix your business ZIP falls in: enter 14221 and you hold 142xx, covering ZIP codes 14200–14299. Exclusivity is a database constraint, not a policy — the system physically cannot sell a spot that's already held. When it's taken, it's taken.
What it costs
$99 a month, one area, billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime from your billing portal — no contract, no cancellation fee. Your founding rate stays locked for as long as you stay subscribed, even after the price goes up for everyone else.
The part most people won't tell you
This is new. We are not going to quote you a lead volume, because we don't have a number worth quoting yet — and an inflated one would be worse than none. If nobody in your area checks a quote in your trade this month, you get nothing this month. That's the honest deal, and it's why cancelling takes two clicks.
